A pocket radio that sends text radio to radio, with no cell service and no internet. On your Wi-Fi it also ties your area to every other Magic Mesh place through Magic PTT. It arrives with our Magic Mesh firmware on it, tested, and it takes new firmware over Wi-Fi with one press.
What it does
- No radio license required. Charge it, switch it on and use it.
- Text radio to radio on the MeshCore network, with no cell service and no internet. It can take part in Meshtastic as well.
- Magic Mesh Global: on Wi-Fi it links your area to every other linked place through Magic PTT.
- Look around: one press asks who is in range and shows how well each radio hears you.
- New firmware arrives over Wi-Fi with one press. No cable, and it goes back by itself if an update does not work.
- Screen, case, antenna and a 3000 mAh battery. Charges over USB-C.

Free USPS shipping in the US, or Priority Mail for $9.95 at checkout. You will sign in to Magic PTT first so the order lands on your account. A Magic PTT membership is needed to use it and is not included.
All sales are final. If your radio arrives dead, tell us within 30 days and return it to us; the return postage is yours. We examine it when it arrives and send a replacement. Drops, water and wear are not covered.
Good to know before you order
- Set up and testedOur Magic Mesh firmware is on it and it has linked and answered on our bench before it ships.
- A Magic PTT membership is neededNot included. Magic Mesh is managed from Magic PTT, so you need a membership to use it.
- An early batchThe first ten. Messages to everyone on a channel work today. Private one-to-one messages are still being built and will arrive as an update.
- GPS is an option in our caseOnly the Magic Mesh case has room for the GPS module; the stock case does not. Without it the radio does not know its own position, and you set where it is by hand on the map. With it, the radio finds its own position and can show on the maps by itself. Sharing your position is off until you turn it on.

Your radio reads the open MeshCore channel and sends on it, radio to radio, with no internet.

The same radio reads the open Meshtastic channel and sends on it too. One radio, not one for each network.
Our own network
Magic Mesh radios talk to each other on a network of their own. Where one has Wi-Fi, Magic Mesh Global carries it on to every other Magic Mesh place, so family in another state reads it in Magic PTT.
