Magic PTT Radios
G393
All metal, pocket size. Our flagship, with Replay.
A small, tough, all-metal LTE radio that fits in a shirt pocket and takes a knock. Built around Magic PTT and Magic PTT SL, with both apps on the radio. No touchscreen: everything runs from the keys, so it works with gloves on. And only the G393 has Replay: switch it on once with a 2-second hold of the green key, then miss a call, press green, and hear the last thing said.
Highlights
- All-metal body, only 98 × 54 × 27 mm: small enough for a pocket, solid enough for a work belt.
- Works from −20 to +75 °C, so it keeps going in a cold truck or a hot yard.
- Replay, only on the G393: hold the green key 2 seconds once to switch it on, then miss a call and a press plays back the last thing you heard; press again for the one before. Kept in the radio's memory for a few minutes, never saved, never sent anywhere.
- The LCD face, only on the G393: a screen drawn pixel for pixel on the radio's own glass, with who is talking, a live waterfall, an on-air timer and a radar while you stand by.
- No touchscreen: side PTT to talk, P1 to connect, P2 for the next channel, green for Replay.
- Magic PTT SL is the last stop on P2, and P1 opens it there; or hold P2 to jump straight to it.
- 3000 mAh battery for a long shift, USB-C charging and an optional desk charger.
- 4G LTE. With our 1-year data SIM it is tested and talking in the US.
